It's hard to disagree with anything Ketan said but. jeez, can he talk! He talked for a straight 39 minutes after your first question and barring the interesting bath tub analogy there was little that I learned. Having recently listened to Simon Michaux who not only succinctly identifies the difficulties with peer reviewed evidence and cogently argues for solutions based on that evidence I'm afraid I found Ketan rather lightweight. He's a nice guy and could probably increase his contribution by following up your more nuanced perspective on what motivates people.
