Russia wasn't trying to expand into Ukraine (the SMO was provoked by the US to weaken Russia), China is already part of One China with Taiwan (independence is being provoked by the US to weaken China), Trump does indeed desire the resources and trade routes of Kalaallit Nunaat (sometimes known by its colonial name of Greenland), as well as of Canada, and I'm with you on European settlers calling themselves 'Israel' want to expand their colony in Palestine.
US backed coup in 2014 removing democratically elected PM? US funding of Azov and shelling of Donbass for 8 years? Pelosi threatening Ukraine being in NATo? Bojo blocking peace in April 2022? No, nothing?
"US backed coup in 2014 removing democratically elected PM" is a carefully constructed misinformation narrative, based mainly on the questionable "Nuland recording" (misrepresented, overblown and taken completely out of the full context). Of course, different parties tried influencing the situation, but the so-called Revolution of Dignity certainly wasn't a "coup" the russian network tries so hard to portray (distorting context, denying the people's agency, ignoring major interference by FSB/GRU, ignoring and lying about much of the reality on the ground in 2013 and 2014).
"What that telephone conversation showed was that the Americans were, A, not up to date about what was happening in Ukraine and, B, unable to influence events happening in Ukraine." And many of the scenarios the Americans were hoping for in the call did not end up happening.
Overall, the contents of the call do not support Russian claims that the U.S. was actually backing a coup. "Imagine just how much evidence the Russians have of what the U.S. was doing in Ukraine, given that they had access to that telephone call. That was the best bit they could come up with."
According to the Constitution, Ukraine is a parliamentary-presidential republic, and even after Yanukovych fled, the parliament remained legitimate and constitutional. The parliament elected acting president Turchynov and called for presidential elections in Ukraine. And they were held in accordance with all international norms, and the next President Poroshenko was recognized by the entire world (except russia).
As for your other points, can you please clarify your questions/claims with consistent quality evidence? You seem to be either deliberately repeating lies or have no clue what's actually been going on in the Donbas for the last 15 years.
There's been a major russian disinformation program targeting that. But there are many detailed first-hand testimonies and evidence-based analysis proving otherwise (I can share specific extra links).
"Bojo blocking peace in April 2022" - ridiculous claim, especially considering the content of those Istanbul negotiations. Btw, they managed to shoehorn Nuland even there :)
I note that no-one goes off into one about the Israelis committing genocide.
The Donbass was being shelled after the US backed coup in 2014 because many Russian speakers live there and were opposed to the new regime. The neonazis were funded by the UK and US and given free rein. Zelenksy was supposed to stop it but they threatened to kill him if he tried. The US, UK and Russia agreed on neutrality and no NATO expansion East. The dispute could have been settled peacefully in April 2022 if it wasn't for Boris Johnson.
In short: yeah, that's quite an interesting machiavellian narrative, though to a large degree based on misleading information and manipulative interpretations [1, 2]. Trying to construct persuasive excuses for the trump admin, while supporting cynical tribalism and pushing "Russia and the West are as bad as each other" story.
That not only distorts but also ignores substantial parts of the reality and other valid arguments [2].
None of that justifies stealing and violating another country’s sovereignty no. A regime change is not inherently any of that, no. The root source of this coup was letting dirty money from Nazis and corporations buy politicians, imo, “Republicans” did that through Regan, and Democrats lapped it up rather than outlaw it. It’s pay to play. Gerrymandering is unacceptable. Throwing out votes is unacceptable.
…and was a result of Russian interference and an attack on our country. So we are essentially under siege, it is not a new normal nor acceptable. Yes, Tramp and Puppin’s policies are barbaric crimes against humanity.
Rachel did her best but her American guest’s focus on what land gives humans and their nation states, reveals the underlying reality. We are Earth. We are the soil and systems our ancestors’ bones compose. Our living inter being with all Earth’s systems is a profound recognition . In a time where oligarchs are ruling and there’s return to imperialism and utter disregard for Earth’s systems unless they are commodified, we need a transformation of consciousness. There is no selection between humans and the living systems that support our living. Recovering our indigenous worldview, worldview and return to regenerative living is crucial. Hospicing white bodied supremacy and patriarchy as we do so, is part of that healing. “Healing is bringing together that which has been separated.” Bert Hellinger
This linked essay, also posted here on Substack, speaks to a lot of what was hugely missing from this still very corporate, imperialist, hierarchal and patriarchal centered discussion... This said even as I believe Rachel, there towards the end, did try to to nudge the conversation out of some of this fellow's boxes and into at least a little bit of recognition of a much larger terrain (pun intended), that this piece is attempting to point rather more directly and deeply into...
I wish more people would read the landmark Overshoot by William R. Catton. With that and NOAA data ( https://gml.noaa.gov/ccgg/trends/ ) one can see that the global rise of temperature is accelerating and eventually the tropics will be unlivable during part of each year resulting in survivors migrating to high latitudes. Wars to control high latitude lands and things unwind, often referred to as the Ecological Overshoot Unraveling.

"Russia wasn't trying to expand" - complete BS.

Why was Donbas being shelled again? What did Putin say about restoring the Empire? What did Russia, the US, and the UK agree to in 1994?
I note that no-one goes off into one about the Israelis committing genocide.

No, they agreed to defend and protect Ukraine. You don’t invade a country you committed to defend.
A coup - even if it was one - does not justify an invasion. A coup by definition involves military overthrow, by the way.
I’m responding to your comment about Russia if you wanted to talk about Israel by all means make that comment.
You skipped my question about Putin speaking about the Empire. Care to comment on that?

No, stealing other peoples’ lands is barbaric and wrong. None of it is acceptable behavior.
What about regime changing and funding neonazis?
What about it!
Is it barbaric, wrong and unacceptable?
